How To Find Us

We currently train out of the City of Bowie Gymnasium for basketball and group fitness classes, with plans to move into our own facility in the very near future. But we will come to you for all other services. We currently train at Allen Pond Park for Speed & Agility Training and South Bowie Community Center for Tennis Training.
